In a bowl add the cracked peppercorns, chilly flakes, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, salt and mix well.
Take the fish fillets and rub the spice mixture nicely on the fish.
Keep it marinated for 5-10 mins
Take a non-stick pan and add the olive oil.
Layer the marinated fish fillets in single layers.
Pan sear them for 5-6 mins each on both the sides till it is nicely brown. Remove and keep aside.
Serve the fish with fresh salad.
